Hello, I have qualified for UGC NET. I want to do PhD in Commerce from Banaras Hindu University. So, I want to know whether I can get scholarship or not for my PhD as I have an OBC certificate? Waiting for your reply!

Yes, You can get stipend as scholarship if you pursue PhD Commerce in Banaras Hindu University being a UGC NET qualified OBC Candidate.

Candidates admitted to the PhD programme (regular) are eligible for a monthly stipend from MHRD of INR 31,000 for the first two years and a monthly stipend of INR 35,000 for the next three years; after five years, they are eligible for a monthly financial assistance of INR 12,000 for one year.
