Dear Sir, I am interested to do PhD program in the field of Ayurveda in Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University. But I don’t know that this institute provides stipend or not? Can I get stipend if I do a PhD program in this stream in this university?

Only UGC NET JRF score card candidates are eligible for stipend for Ph.D course. If you are a gold medalist in masters degree from your University then you are eligible for scholarship. Few University provided stipend during PhD work from University funding. University funding amount is 8,000/- per months.
