NEST -- National Entrance Screening Test

As we know NEST is an entrance test to get admission into
National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER), Bhubaneswar
and
University of Mumbai - Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CBS) Mumbai.

Through this qualification you get admission to the 5 year integrated M.Sc course in basic sciences.

Educational qualification required to apply for NEST 2014 is an intermediate degree that is 10+2 with having any combination of Biology/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Physics subjects.

Or an equivalent degree from any recognized Board of India in 2012 or 2013.

NEST 2014 Important Dates & Information:

Last date of submission of completed forms with DD - 30th September, 2013.

Last date of submission of completed forms with DD with a late fee of Rs.100 – 30th November, 2013.

Last date of submission of completed forms with DD and a late fee of RS.200 – 31st December, 2013.

NEST 2014 Admit Cards shall be sent to the you via post by January 19, 2014.

Date of NEST 2014 Exam – 25th January, 2014.

The result of NEST 2014 shall be displayed on the official website by last week of April 2014.

Application Procedure :

First get the DD of Rs. 600.

Download the Application Form from here nest.net.in/application-form.pdf

Fill up the Application Forma and paste a recent photograph.

And then the completed form along with the DD must be sent by registered post/ courier to following address.
