I want to do a PhD in Microbiology from Bhavnagar University. I just want to know about the eligibility criteria. Can I know about the eligibility for getting admission in this university for this PhD program?

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Microbiology with above 55% marks from a recognized University with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course in Microbiology in Bhavnagar University.

There is no age criteria for Ph.D course but you must have a valid UGC NET score card to get admission in Ph.D course in Bhavnagar University.

Name of the course - PhD in Microbiology

>> And also you should have already passed UGC (JRF) Examination or SET or NET or SLET to be eligible.

>> Candidates who have done M.Phil degree can directly go for Interview.

Eligibility to get admission for PhD(Microbiology) in Bhavnagar University is as follows.

Applicant must have secured minimum 50% marks in master degree to get admission.

Applicant will be selected through Entrance exam conducted by university followed by interview.

Final selection will be done through personal interview.
