Respected Sir, I am interested to study PhD(Chemical Engineering) from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying and studying this PhD course. Please tell me about the eligibility criteria asap.

Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering Eligibilty:

Master's degree in any branch of engineering call its equivalent from Osmania University or any other equivalent university or recognised Institute and obtained at least 60% marks at Bachelor of Engineering and Master's degree level.

Some reputed colleges and institutes conduct entrance examination for admission.

BMS College of Engineering in Bengaluru also conduct entrance exam.

In order to pursue PhD in chemical engineering, a candidate must hold masters degree in any branch of engineering or its equivalent from any recognised University with at least 60% marks.

Admission is purely on the basis of marks secured by the candidate in the entrance exam.

Eligibility to study PhD(Chemical Engineering) in BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru are given below.

=> Ph.D. Chemical Engineering or Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering is a Doctorate Chemical Engineering course.

=> The duration of this course is two years.

=> For this course candidate should have passed Master degree in engineering with at least 60% from a recognized university.

=> Also you have to appear in entrance examination which is organized by the university because the admission of candidate will be done on the basis of entrance exam.
