Respected Sir, I am interested to study PhD(Electrical Engineering) from Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying and studying this PhD course. Please tell me about the eligibility criteria asap.

You need to have a M.Tech degree in electrical engineering stream, if you are looking for Ph.D in electrical engineering. Just make sure you have got at least 55% marks in your M.Tech degree.

Admission will be on merit, through written exam and interview conducted by the university concerned.

A minimum of 55% is required to apply for PhD. Selection will be based on a pre-PhD registration (PPR) test followed by an interview conducted by the university. However, candidates possessing fellowships from CSIR, DBT, INSPIRE etc. are exempted from the written test.
