I am a Recent M.tech Graduate. Please do tell whether i am exempted from PhD written test conducting by Mahatma Gandhi University. In the notification its written like M.Phil and M.Tech. What does it mean either any one of these qualifications or both?

Those candidates who have cleared national level entrance exam like
NET
SET
UGC CSIR NET
GATE
M.phil
Are exempted from university level entrance exam.
And those who have not cleared any of above exams have to go through university level entrance exam to get admission to PhD.
