Hello, which are the entrance exams I have to appear for getting admission in Mysore University for PhD course in Biological Sciences? I want to secure admission for PhD with this specialization in Nitte Deemed to be University. Kindly tell me about the cutoff marks also for the admission.

Entrance exams to study PhD(Biological Sciences) in Nitte:-

1.CSIR NET

2.University CET

Cutoff is not fixed for Ph.D admission.

Yes, Entrance examination is available to study PhD in Biological Sciences at Nitte Deemed to be University. Admission selection is done on the basis of marks obtained in the written test and interview rounds which is conducted by the university. The written test weightage is 80% and for the interview round it is 10% weightage. Applicants who have qualified GATE, SLET, NET and JRF are given preference during the examination.

The educational qualification which is required is a candidate must have done a Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. I am also giving you the university website link that is www.nitte.edu.in
