You have completed M.Sc or M.Phil degree in Electronics so you can apply for lectureship post. But you should qualify in SET, SLET or CSIR NET exam.

Your masters degree marks must be above 55% from a recognized University.

Yes, You can apply for the position of Lecturer in private engineering college.

You can't apply in government college.

On the basis of your performance in interview you will be selected.

It would be better if you NET or equivalent exam.
