Hi everyone, I want to know about the stipend provided for PhD(Mechanical Engineering) course which is available in Delhi Technological University. Can any of you please let me know if it is possible to get a stipend for this PhD program?

Possibility to get a stipend for PhD(Mechanical Engineering) in Delhi Technological University is as follows.

Applicant can get stipend if he/she secure admission through NET examination.

Applicant will get 25000 per month stipend for this program.

If Candidates secure admission to the PhD programme (regular) through any national level entrance exam than they are eligible for a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000 for the first two years.

After 2 years candidate will get monthly stipend of INR 35,000 for the next three years.

After five years, they are eligible for a monthly INR 12,000 for one year.
