Hi, I had done my M.Tech biotechnology in India and worked as research fellow for 1 1/2 years in India. Then ,due to personal reasons I had 4 years of gap now I am aiming to pursue my PhD in Singapore and preparing for GRE. Will it be possible to do PhD

Those who have completed their masters degree with good percentage are eligible for PhD .
Indian degrees are accepted to study in Singapore.
In addition minimum test score requirements GRE and TOEFL must also be met.
To apply for PhD , students are also advised to have a strong research background.

Sometimes gap does not matter if a candidate is eligible enough.
There are various scholarships for students to study in Singapore.
They are mainly awarded mainly on academic skills.

No. Because There is no fixed time gap mentioned after the completion of M. Tech in order to do Ph. D course. Or, there would not be any such severe problem, if there would be a gap between M.Tech.
So, it not possible to do PhD from Singapore after having 4 years gap after M.Tech.
