Can i get a job if i have 1year gap after 12th,2years gap after UG and 2years gap after MBA(HR). Inform me if there are companies which can hire me.

for any campus interview you have face lots of problem.

Because most the company have criteria is one year gap is allowed.

So you can apply for govt job.

There are very less chance that any company hire that type of candidate, you have lot of year gap so that no any company will hire you.

But you can try in the government sector if your age is according to requirement. In government you have lot of scope to make a good career.

finishing PG. But don't worry some small companies will be there for giving jobs

for you if you have correct reason for your break in studies.

I had 1 year gap between Graduation and MBA, 1 year after MBA (i have 2 backlogs in 2nd sem and 1 backlog in 4th sem in MBA). I am very confused how to tackle this question if Interviewer asks me about my gap.
