Should I appear in UGC-NET for securing PhD(Zoology) admission in North Orissa University? Cutoff score required for admission?

Hi friends, I am interested in getting admission and pursuing a PhD in Zoology course in North Orissa University. So, I have to appear in UGC-NET for admission? If I have to appear in UGC-NET for admission then what would be the cutoff score for getting admission?
