Specialization is good for career growth in Ph.D after M.Tech in CSE with 70%? Value of Ph.D part time course? List of private as well as government universities for part time Ph.D course?


Hi ,

I am very intrested to do PhD in Chennai or in Hyderabad.
I have 1 year of Experience in IT Industry. Currently I am working as a Java Developer in a HCL Technologies.
I did Mtech CSE in 2014 with 70% from JNTUH

I need information for below questions

1) Which specialization is good for career growth in PhD. As I am working on Java, Is there any related Java technology specializations.
2) If I do Phd (part time), does I have same value as Regular.
3) Which is better private or Government University's for doing Part Time.
