I would suggest you for PhD in the relevant discipline over M.Phil course after completion of masters in Public Administration course.
Let me tell you that M.Phil (Master of Philosophy) is an intermediate degree between Masters degree in any discipline and PhD (Doctor of Philosophy).
PhD and M.Phil, both degrees are research based and can be opted after completion of master's degree but a PhD degree has a high edge over an M.Phil degree.
Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Public Administration with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university, are eligible for PhD in the relevant discipline.
After completion of PhD a candidates can join various colleges/universities as a lecturer and philosopher, also they can work in many organization for research and development in their respective field.

As you have done maters in public administration and want to go for further studies, then first you can apply for M.Phill in public administration and after that you are eligible to apply for Ph.D in public administration.

>> Duration of M.Phill public administration course is 2 years.

>> Duration of Ph.D public administration is 3 years.

>> Corporate manager.

>> Management analyst.

>> Custom officer.

>> Labour management relation specialist.

>> Social worker.
