Quote:
B.E is a professional course in Engineering specialization. It includes various specializations such, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. MA in Master degree course in Arts stream. It includes various specializations such as English, Economics, Mathematics, etc. So, I suggest you apply for Master degree course and satisfy the minimum requirement of the organization. Being a B.E student you can apply for M.Sc or M.Tech/M.E course. |

Re: Is B.E equivalent to M.A for employment purpose?
No, B.E is not equal to any PG qualification. For the nature of job a specialised PG qualification may be required and you have to ask from company about the stream in which PG is required.
If PG in any engineering stream is considered, then you have to pursue M.Tech from a recognized university. |
