Which is better MS or Mtech for Electronics or computer science field?

Hello, i am now in 8th sem engineering, electrical & electronics branch. I am willing to do Masters in Electronics or Computer science field but not in electrical field. So is it better to do Mtech or MS. And how this change of specialization from electrical to electronics or computer science is going to affect me. And is it useful to do MS after the completion of Mtech ?
Thank you !

With an MTech degree, you can focus on your preferred area of engineering. For those who desire to learn the fundamental scientific concepts of the topic, MS will be a great idea. So, you can choose whatever you want to pursue in the future.

Candidates can concentrate on their preferred field of engineering with an MTech degree. MS will be a great idea for individuals who want to learn the core scientific ideas behind the subject.
In contrast to MTech, which is a four-year graduate degree, MS is a two-year post-graduate program provided by numerous universities.
Therefore, you can decide what career path you wish to take in the future.

MSc is a research program and MTech is course program. M.Tech has more course work than project work. MSc coursework is assigned a minimum and major portion of credit. To get more details about this you can check it out on Google.

It purely depends on your interest and talent whether to go for MS or MTech. Both are good in their own way, by going for any one of these courses you will get the benefit. They are different from each other in some ways and the major difference between the two is for doing an MTech degree you must be strong enough to crack the GATE examination whereas for pursuing an MS degree you need to have a great grip over English and Aptitude. MTech graduates are picked up by leading organizations or IT companies for high-profile technical roles. MS graduates have often been placed in R&D companies also the field of research stands open for MS students.

An MS will give you more theoretical knowledge, whereas an MTech will offer more practical knowledge. You may be eligible for higher paying jobs with an MS than with an MTech as it requires more academic training, but both degrees can lead to high-paying careers.
