Can I apply as disabled person, if my left ear is not hearing?

Am I be eligible for reservation in government jobs in India? What type of facilities can I get if I am 30% hearing impaired? I have completed MBA and my left ear is not hearing. I am civil engineer and my left eye is blind . I want to say when my disability percentage is 30% according to indian government law then for government job 40% required. Why I am not considered a normal person for government job. When I am applying for government job in normal person or disabled person?

There is reservation for hearing impaired candidates, but one must be completely unable to hear anything to get such benefits in government jobs or any admission. If you are partially hearing impaired, then you will not be eligible for it.

Normally, for physically handicapped category, you need to have at least 80% handicapped nature to get any benefit.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
