No, after completion of LLB course you can do LLM course.

LLM exam is conducted by CLAT exam.

CLAT is stands for Common Law Admission Test.

Those candidates who have completed 12th standard from a recognized board with above 50% marks then you are eligible for CLAT exam for Integrated LLM course.

Best books for CLAT exam:-

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)

Publisher: Student Aid Publications

CLAT 2013 Common Law Admission Test
by Expert Compilations
Publisher: Arihant Publications

CLAT: Common Law Admission Test

No, you cannot join LLM (Master of Law) Course without doing Bachelor's Degree in Law stream. Yes, candidates must first do Bachelor of Law (LLB) course in order to do LLM course. The minimum educational qualification required to do LLM course is "Graduate Degree" or Bachelor Degree in law. So candidates must have obtained
> an LL.B Degree
(Or)
> A five year integrated LL.B degree
(Or)
> Any other equivalent degree in LAW

So I suggest you to do any one of the above mentioned degrees in order to be eligible for doing Master's Degree in Law (LLM). The best entrance examination I would suggest you to go with CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) in order to pursue LLB course and there after for PG Program (LLM) course.

* LLM is Masters of Law, which is a post graduation degree.

* As any post graduate studies, LLM requires completion of it's Bachelor which is commonly called as LLB.

* There is a possibility for integrated 5 year LLM course after 12th.

* You need to clear CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) for that.

* More details on CLAT @ clat.ac.in
