Can i write Indian Economic Service exam being MSW student from Kerala? From where i should do PG in Economics?
Sir,
I am an Msw student (Masters in social work) from kerala. I had my graduation in economics and i would like to write IES exam. I am planning to do a distance PG in economics. But now am in a confusion about in which university i have to register MA in economics. Kindly lead me....hoping for the reply... Sandhya. |

IES stands for Indian Economics Service. This is conducted by Union Public Service Commission. Those candidates who have completed Post graduate degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Econometrics course from a recognized University are eligible for Indian Economics Service exam. Your age should be in between 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation is provided for reserved category candidates.
