But i don't want to become a lecturer in the near future..My aim is to work in the business world..corporate world...where i can serve my knowledge at its best...I aspire to become an ERM( Employee relation Manager) and would be glad to climb up the ladder with the greater success in my hand.

Yes, an MBA professional with an HR specialization can definitely pursue a career as an Employee Relations Manager (ERM) in the corporate world.
As an ERM, you would be responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring that all employees are treated fairly, and their rights are protected. You would work to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations, handle employee grievances and complaints, and help to maintain a positive work environment.
Some of the career opportunities for an ERM include:
• Human Resource Manager: In this role, you would be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations.
• Employee Relations Specialist: In this role, you would focus specifically on managing employee relations and would work closely with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Labor Relations Manager: In this role, you would be responsible for managing the relationship between the company and labor unions.
• Compliance Manager: In this role, you would be responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee relations.
• HR Consultant: In this role, you would work as a consultant, providing advice and guidance to companies on how to manage their employee relations effectively.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
