Does AICTE and UGC grant M.Phil in Information Technology course?


Hello,
Is there an M.Phil in Information Technology under distance education mode is available in any university? Please let me know that AICTE and UGC grant this M.Phil course or not?

Yes, AICE and UGC does approve of the course mentioned above and you can very much pursue it fro various reputed Universities via distance mode. But it is advisable to opt for regular mode of education if you do have time to go for classes regularly.

Yes, you can opt for the course via distance education from Universities offering it and you need not worry as it is very much affiliated by AICTE and UGC. So, if you wish to pursue the course you should opt for it at the earliest.

I am sorry to tell you this but there is no M.Phil course in Information Technology and after you have completed your M.Tech in Information and Technology field the option you have next regarding further studies is that of PhD.
AICTE and UGC do not have any M.Phil program in the Distance Education mode in Information Technology but it has the course of PhD in Part time mode in Information Technology.
So if you want you can pursue the course of PhD after your Masters Degree.
