The candidate must complete LLB or its equivalent qualification with at least 55% of marks from a recognized university to be eligible to AILET LLM 2019. But only 50% of marks required for SC/ST candidates. Apart from this, they can also get 7.5% Reservation in total seats.

* Minimum marks required in LLB degree course is 50% in case of SC/ST which is 55% marks in case of candidates from General or OBC category.

* SC/ST category candidates are also given relaxation in application fee for the same examination, as the cost of application for SC/ST category candidates is Rs 1050/- which is otherwise Rs 3050. Further, BPL candidates from SC/ST category are exempted from any application fee.

* Further, there is provision of reservation of 15% for SC category candidates and 7.5% for ST candidates in case of offering admission through AILET.
