I am little confused in selecting subject at my MBA. I am interested in both subject that is Financial Management and Human Resource Management. So, I want to know which one to choose? Which one has more scope?

Both are completely different in their syllabus and job opportunities as weel.

First let me tell you about the subjects. FM will include more practical sums and it will be based on accounts. Where as HRM will include more theory. HRM will be more related to the law and acts and policies and framework of the companies.

When talking about job opportunities, both have equal opportunities. But the pay will be less for HR jobs. The growth is less in HR jobs.

So, chose wisely based on these aspects.
