Scope, eligibility and value of Executive MBA in Human Resource Management?
This is an enquiry with regard to a Post Graduate course in Human Resource Management which is over a span of 12 months. Would be perfect if I could get information about the course like the scope of course, eligibility, entrance exam details, contents and syllabus, value of degree.

Scope, Eligibility Criteria Required to pursue Executive MBA in Human Resource Management:
Human Resource Management generally involves in the procedure of recruitment of employees and for providing the development and training to the employees..etc., Of course yes, I can say that there is a good scope for Human Resource Management background candidates in India as this field has very demand. You may find that need of HR is at a good demand as far as this profession is concerned. You may find employment opportunities in almost all the government organizations or private based organizations or most importantly in MNC companies as Staffing Director, HR Recruiter, Employee Relations Manager, Placement Manager..etc., The basic educational qualification required to pursue this course is "Graduation" or Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognized university. In general, admission is done on the basis of marks secured in Entrance Examinations or Personal Interview. Some of the major entrance examinations may include, MAT, CAT, SNAP, XAT ..etc., entrance exams.. |
