Yes, it is possible for you to pursue a Master's degree in genetics after completing your BSc in medical microbiology.
However, admission requirements for a Master's program in genetics may vary among universities, so it is important to research and identify specific program requirements before applying. You may need to take additional courses in genetics or related fields to meet the prerequisites for a Master's degree in genetics, and some programs may also require relevant work or research experience. |

Re: I am doing BSc in medical microbiology after this can I do Masters in genetics?
Yes, it is possible to pursue a Master's degree in Genetics after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Medical Microbiology. Actually, there are similarities between the two fields and some of the concepts and methods employed in each are applied in the other. Biology's field of genetics focuses on the investigation of genes, genetic diversity, and inheritance in living things. The study of microorganisms and how they affect human health is the focus of the subfield of microbiology known as medical microbiology.
