Banking sector is one of the fastest growing and enhancing field in India and it is going to be developed to new heights because the government has invested a lot of sums in banking sector which is why all nationalized, private and government sector banks are taking interest and participating in such a great atmosphere of competition and almost all banking and financial industries are recruiting fresh and young graduates to be a part of banking industry.

You can get the job in a nationalized bank with different ways but your choice must be fix means if you want to get a job in private sector bank then you have to follow that process which is required by private banks and if you think to get job in government sector banks then there is a particular procedure which would take you to the job in government bank.

Jobs for various posts such as Probationary Officer, Marketing Officer, Marketing Executive, Sales Executive, Office Assistants/ Clerks can be acquired by passing a procedure in private banks.

Now a days private banks are engaged with Manipal academy and providing a course that is PGDBA - Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Administration for one year duration and if a candidate pass written examination and interview of the concerned bank then he/she may get admission in this course offered from the bank.

Timespro also conduct different courses required in banking industries of 06 months and one year duration and if you get admission in such courses then also you can apply for job in private banks.

If you are a graduate then you should apply for MBA in Banking and Finance because this will be the best course for career growth in banking sector and you can achieve new targets and goals in your life therefore MBA in Banking is better than any other course.

To get admission in MBA in Banking, you nee to qualify CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT etc. entrance exams and get a good college for this course.

If you want to get a job in government bank then you should qualify written examination conducted by IBPS then interview process so you can get the job of clerk, PO, SO etc. in government banks.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
