Admission process is based on undergraduate marks/ merit, the entrance exam.

There is no part time M.Tech course and it is offered only in the regular mode.

So, candidates are not eligible to pursue the course in distance or as part time course.

The examination is conducted by IITs as GATE for admission in the course in IIT, NIT and other premier institutions.
