Possibility to secure admission for a candidate with 17 marks in GATE?
Sir/Madam, I have got 17 marks in GATE. My GATE scorecard is 195. I am from Mechanical stream. I belongs to an OBC category. I just want to know that with this marks, what can I do? Can I join colleges through GATE?

You are GATE qualified with a low score, which can be a good score only for top private engineering colleges or some low ranked government colleges. Hence, admission is surely possible, but you may not get admission at your choice of college as well as stream.
Just apply for admission at state level government colleges, when there is a notification. Being a GATE qualified candidate, you will receive stipend if you secure admission at a recognized college. |
