Possibility to study ME(Bioinformatics) after completing BE(Biotechnology)?
In which subject I should apply for GATE? I am studying in BE(Biotechnology). After my Graduation I want to do ME(Bioinformatics). Can I study this course? I would like to know that for this course what subject I have to select for GATE?

After obtaining a degree in BE(Biotechnology) from a recognized institute/university, you can definitely pursue ME(Bioinformatics). Candidates who have passed BE BTech with Computer Science/IT/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics or any relevant fields with a minimum aggregate marks of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) are eligible to study ME(Bioinformatics).
