Switching over from Pharmaceutical to MBM HRM can fetch a HR job in reputed organizations?
I am a working lady in pharmaceutical industry. I want to change my field from pharma. I am planning to go for MBA (HRM), will this work out making me to build career as a HR in reputed organizations in other than Pharmaceutical Industries?

It will depend on the kind of institute you get and your academic excellence. If you get admission in a reputed institute like IIM, then after completion you have have good chance of getting a decent job.
If you pursue the course from a not so good college, then you may find it difficult to even get a job in such field. Being a professional you have option to go for executive MBA from IIMs and other reputed institutes. |
