Does Wipro rejects below 60% after giving LOI or they just let let below 60%candidates to even attend or start?

No, Wipro doesn't reject anybody after sending LoI (Letter of Intent), however, they might cancel an offer in case the candidate had provided any fraud or wrong information. Wipro is a brand company and they keep their word may be in some instances they can delay the joining by few months.

The academic criteria required by Wipro is a candidate must have more than 60% marks in class 10th and 10+2 or diploma. A candidate must have score minimum marks of 60% in graduation and post graduation if applicable and should not have any pending backlogs. At the time of the selection process, there should not be any active backlogs and graduation should be a full-time degree course. There should be a gap of at least 6 months between the past and the present application.
