Dear Sir, I have done BTech in Manufacturing Engineering and now I have heard that Procter & Gamble Alwar is going to conduct an interview for the post of Associate Product Supply Manager. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for attending this interview. Can you please let me know about the eligibility criteria.

You must be Graduate in one of the following engineering majors: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics engineering, or any relevant engineering degree with 0 – 3 years of relevant experience.

You must have good knowledge of English, they also look for skills such as technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and the ability to work with others.

You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

You must have strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.

You must be able to Lead Spend for a specific spend Pool – Logistics, Chemicals, Capital, etc. that can be for entire globe or region based on sourcing strategy.
