Eligibility to attend Graduate Engineer Trainee interview in Molex Bangalore?


I am a BTech graduate and I want to appear for an interview of Molex Bangalore for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for attending the interview of Molex for this post. Please tell me asap.

Detailed Eligibility :

1.B.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
2.0 to 1 years of design and product development experience.
3.Excellent understanding of Physics and Engineering Mechanics.
4.Excellent drawing reading skills.
5.Skills in NX and Hypermesh preferable.
6.Understanding of product development process would be advantageous.
7.Good Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance studies, statistical analysis and FEA would be advantageous.
8.Design for Manufacturing/Assembly (DFM/DFA) understanding would be advantageous.
9.Strong & Effective oral and written communication.
10.Confident and capable of handling conference calls.
11.Self-driven and quick learner.
12.Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills using systematic tools (8D, fishbone, cause/effect diagrams).
13.Alignment to MBM philosophy.
14.Strong computer skills experience with spreadsheets, presentation and Microsoft Office.
15.Ability to explain complex technical concepts to others.

Experience Required:- 0 – 1 years [BE/BTech (Mechanical Engg)] work field study branches .

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Engineering Graduates BE/M Tech in Mechanical Engineering work-field study branches.

2. Relevant work experience of 0 to 1 years in design and product development experience would be good.

3. Good academics.

4. Recent passouts.
