Hi,

Am going to attend hcl technologies interview. So Kindly help me by sending some of the tips & faq's and also the papers for it.

PREVIOUS YEAR MODEL PAPERS AND TIPS TO PREPARE FOR HCL PLACEMENT:

HCL technologies follows three important rounds for recruiting fresh candidates which as follows,

-> Aptitude Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> HR Interview.

Usually aptitude test will be followed with the pattern which you can try and understand from the previous year model papers. I have attached some of the previous year model papers of HCL aptitude test in this post for your reference. go through it and start the preparation accordingly.

Make sure that you won't rely only the model papers but understand the topics and refer good aptitude books like R.S.Agarwal and prepare for them.

Once you clear the aptitude test you will be called for the technical interview where the questions will be asked from the core subjects which you studied from Computer Science if you are in that stream if not basic programming questions will be asked to test your technical skill sets. Make sure that you go through the basic concepts of your subjects to clear this round.

After technical interview you will have the HR interview which will be pretty much easy if you are good at your communication skills.
