I have failed to appear for on campus placement drive of Syntel. Now i want to appear for off campus recruitment drive. So how can i apply for that?

Eligibility Criteria:

You should have completed degree course from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. You must have obtained at least 55% marks in your throughout career. There should be no current standing backlogs at the time of appearing for campus placement. A maximum of one year gap is allowed.

Syntel off-campus placement is not yet announced. But, you can expect the notification in the month of December or January in the official website of Syntel.
