Dear friends, I came to know that there are tough rounds schedule in the interview of Cognizant-Chennai for the post of Software Engineer. I don’t know much more about this round. Can I know about this round? Please help me to know about the rounds asap.

There are mainly 3 rounds are there in Cognizant-Chennai Software Engineer interview as follows :

-Online test.
-Technical test /operational round for product development skills knowledge.
-HR interview.

Cognizant Placement Process has the following rounds in the selection process:

-Group Discussion (Optional)
-Online Aptitude exam
-Technical Round
-HR Round

Candidates have to qualify the below mentioned rounds of interview to get the position of Software Engineer in Cognizant-Chennai.

1). Group Discussion
2). Technical Interview
3). Voice Assessment
4). HR Discussion

Selection process for software engineer in cognizant Chennai.:

In general the placements will be through Off campus or On campus.

If the recruitment will be done though on campus then the selection will be little easier.

Where as if the selection will be off campus then the elongation process will be much higher when compared with the On campus recruitment /drive.
