- Make sure you know your domain well. You need to be clear of the fundamentals and the latest happenings in your domain. - Keep 2-3 subjects as your strong point. - Have knowledge and proficiency in at least one programming language. - Prepare answers to the common HR questions. - You need to be good at communication skills. - Be confident, calm, polite and aim to deliver your best. |
