Dear friends, can anyone of you kindly let me know about the job description in NTT Data, Hyderabad for the post of Graduate Software Trainee? I want to secure this position in this company. Please let me know about the job description asap.

If you are selected for Graduate Software Trainee in NTT Data, Hyderabad, you will be responsible to provide telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and software custom.
You will be responsible for Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation. You will be required to answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products.
