2. The applicant must be able to adherence to the SLA's - productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.

3. The applicant must be able to review daily key operational variables.

4. The applicant must be able to act as a change agent and provide implementation assistance as and when the need rises.

5. The applicant must be able to provide subject matter expertise or processes.
