Job description of Technical Support Associate in Unisys, Bangalore:

You will be responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers and/or employees.

You will need to escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization.

You will need to provide technical support for Internal and External customers.

You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You should have willingness and ability to work in any shifts.
