You are certainly eligible to appear in any IT Company recruitment process. The minimum percentage criteria required in order to be eligible for appearing in IT company or Software company recruitment process is "60% marks". The minimum percentage required is given below,

Minimum Marks required in 10th Class - 60% marks

Minimum Marks required in 12th Class - 60% marks

Minimum Marks required in Graduation - 60% marks

Since you have secured more than 60% marks throughout your academics, I am sure you are certainly eligible to appear in IT Company recruitment process. I suggest you to concentrate on Programming languages namely, C, C++, Oracle, .NET, PHP, Data Structures and UNIX languages to get placed easily. As you are from IT background, there is no doubt, IT Candidates can find job opportunities in Software Companies.
