Can you please let me know about the job profile for the post which is an IT Infrastructure Support Services Executive offered in Softenger Chennai. I have heard that they are hiring for this particular post. But I really don’t know about this job.

Job Profile:

As a Infrastructure Support Services Executive you have to work towards user support, maintenance and daily batch monitoring.
Users will raise their issues through an incident by mentioning the discrepancies and you have to investigate the issue and provide the resolution for the same and if it is not in your scope you have to escalate to your next level support team.
Also you have to work on daily batch monitoring and you need to notify your next level support team for any failure.
