I would like to know that if I get the job in Sapient Corporation as I have applied for the post of Production Support Trainee then what would be my job profile? I don’t know much more about the job profile so I want to know about this.

Job profile of product support trainee in Sapient Corporation:

Some of the major responsibilities of a product support trainee are given below,

1) You are required to assist in all the production support issues arises from users community

2) You need to review code to determine whether the code functioning as specified or bug

3) You should work with the developers and users to define new projects

4) You must address test tracks regarding the release management through checking in the files to staging area

The basic eligibility criteria required to become a production support trainee in Sapient corporation is as follows:

Candidates must have completed B E / B.Tech from the below streams only like

computer science engineering , electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering and information tecnology.
You must have secured minimum 60% marks throughout the academic in order to be eligible.

Candidates must have not any pending backlog.

Must have good organisation skills, communication and team skills.
