If you are selected for IT Service Management Analyst in Willis, Mumbai, you need to perform daily administration of technical work, liaison with WTW stake holders and hosted partner Oracle OnDemand/OMCS.

You will be able to create and manage Oracle support tickets and Request for change (RFCs). Schedule and coordinate RFCs, Address RFC queries and status questions via Phone and Email.

You will have the ability of Communications Management (Outage, Change, escalation etc.).

You will have the knowledge and hands on experience on Oracle e-business application, providing L1 support for basic login issues, assigning roles/responsibilities and perform basic health checks.

You will assist in the maintainance and operation of existing systems (e.g., performance, quality, etc.) while meeting business and client information needs.

You will orovide project support, assist in the implementation of projects.

You are required to perform disaster recovery activities.

You are required to follow WTW standards and processes.
