You will assist and advises local legal teams and the relevant member firms on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals and leading on transactions.
You will be required to develop and maintain the predecessor and standard paper documents.

You will meet with company officials to understand their process for identifying and mitigating fraud-related risks.
