Dear friends, I have heard about the Junior Account Manager interview of Dow Chennai. I don't know about the roles for this particular post in this company. Can you tell me about the job roles?

Job roles of Junior Account Managers in Dow Chennai as follows:-

1. You will have to work over business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.

2. Issue resolutions.

3. Develop/Design/Test and Implementation tasks for objects.

4. Handling of large financial tasks.

5. High performance and cost-effective computing.

Some of the Roles and responsibilities of junior account manager are:

- Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plans.
- Gathering information on assigned clients (eg. Company size, needs and pricing plans, etc.)
- Providing after-sales support to retain customers.
