You haven't mentioned what kind of job you want in these pharma companies, pharma industry job or marketing level jobs. The salary is different for these two fields.

Salary also depends in the kind of institute from where you did your B.Pharma. Normally, in marketing field the starting salary is about 2.4 lacs per annum in most of the pharma companies. It can be more if your institute is more reputed.
