-You will have to work for voice based technical support.
-Troubleshooting and support for technical difficulties.
-Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
-Ability to work in shifts 24*7 environment.
-Knowledge on networking.
-Routing Protocols.
-TCP/ IP and IRQs.
-Basic operating systems related to networking.

Educational requirements :-
