-You will have to work over incidents/issues reported by the customer, predominantly through voice interaction and also through e-mail, chat and remote support. -System troubleshooting. -Infrastructure Security related roles. -Knowledge in Cloud / Security / Network / Service Management / Service Now / Middleware(Database) / Workplace. |
